It has taken me a week and a half  to get around to finishing editing it and uploading, so a few minor things are out of date – mainly the fact that I did get my raid team together and we did down Zon’ozz finally go us!

Quick Clarification:
Over zealous editing from me made it sound like Cantor was complaining about something when he wasn’t. When he talks about the dps check of Ultraxion, his point is actually about the way the frontal attacking messes up feral kitties and that they lose dps from not being able to shred, rather than complaining that Ultraxion is purely a dps check. Sorry Cantor

So, here it is in all it’s glory – the Roflcast, just a couple of guys chatting (ranting, waffling or whatever) about Warcraft (and druids). Oh, and btw, we’re also English which apparently means no matter what the content, the podcast will be amazing.

At least that is what I have been told. According to Oestrus, we could ”…read from Blizzard’s Terms and Conditions and it would be awesome.” Who knows, we may have to put that to the test in the furture

Any hoo, here is our first foray into the world of podcasting, we chat about us (a bit), our progress to date (a bit bigger), patch 4.3 (quite a lot) and recent developments regarding talents and abilities on Mists of Pandaria (also quite a lot).

Disclaimer: As this is currently a trial and we are unsure of how we will progress *if* Roflmiao seems to be liked enough to make further episodes, everything has been done for free, so the sound quality may not always be perfect but this is a know issue and will be improved in the future if we go ahead and make this a regular thing.

Seriously though, welcome to the Roflmiao Podcast. This is a new venture, collaboration or whatever you want to call it between myself (Katarnas) and Cantor (the other guy). As the readers of Resto is Epic will be aware, Cantor is my evil horde twin. Except he does dps, and is a HC raider not casual. Oh alright, he is just another druid and not an evil twin^^ Happy now? Though on a tangent, the idea of some little homunculus is appealing, thinking Evil Dead II and “good Ash” and “bad Ash”, I could have a “good Kat” and “bad Kat” hmmm, will have to hunt out the Necronomicon and see what I can do

For now though, back to business.  Cantor and Kat are just two guys approaching one goal (end game raiding) from two separate directions – Katarnas from the Alliance, casual healing perspective and Cantor from the Horde, heroic dpsing side.

So as well as Cantor making some guest posts on my blog, we decided it would be fun to get together and come up with some kind of a podcast idea – after all we should get followers simply through having British accents regardless of what we say

The aim is nothing too ambitious (I learnt that lesson when I started RiE – 4-5 complete informative posts a week – yh right), so we will be looking to pop out a cast once every few weeks, maybe once a month. We will discuss general warcrafty type stuff, but with a druidic focus if required.
